Biography
Dany has been a financial services professional since 1986, with the last 14 years as a financial planner with Desjardins Group. He has a degree in business administration from the Université de Sherbrooke and holds the financial planner designation issued by the Institut québécois de planification financière (IQPF). In 2013, he completed the Wealth Management Essentials course from the Canadian Securities Institute. His experience and expertise with mass affluent and high net worth clients, such as business owners, farmers and professionals, allow him to offer an integrated and structured wealth management approach.

Mr. Joseph holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the Université de Sherbrooke and has also taken the Canadian Securities Institute's courses in securities, financial planning and derivatives fundamentals, as well as the conduct and practices course.
He has experience as an investment advisor with Groupe Option Retraite (2000-2005) and has worked at Desjardins Securities since 2006.

Training
Mr. Nadeau holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the Université de Sherbrooke and is an IQPF-accredited certified financial planner. He puts his background and training to work analyzing every aspect of a client’s financial situation before developing a personalized action plan and consulting specialists, when needed.
Mr. Nadeau has also completed two graduate diploma programs in transformation management from Université Laval. The programs are focused on leadership, strategy and communication.
Career
Mr. Nadeau brings 14 years of experience in finance and investment to the Joseph/Nadeau team and his role as an investment advisor.
Prior to joining Desjardins Securities, he spent six years as a business development manager in the Desjardins caisse network, and six years as a financial planner and speaker.
Mr. Nadeau handles client needs with a comprehensive, straightforward and personal approach. His goal is to build solid and trusting relationships with his clients so he is the first person they turn to for financial advice.
