Paquin has been with Desjardins for 20 years, 12 of them at Desjardins Securities.
He holds a graduate diploma in finance from the Université du Québec à Montréal.
He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the Université du Québec à Montréal.
He is a Chartered Investment Manager (CIM^®)

Mr. Paquin's clients and partners appreciate his eye for detail, his passion for his work and his familiarity with various aspects of wealth management.

Finalist for the 2021 "IIAC Top Under 40" award from the Investment Industry Association of Canada (IIROC).

Simon is in charge of his team's business development and investor relations. He is also responsible for the investment team and is involved in various philanthropic events.

Her attention to detail, organizational skills, priorities and previous experiences make her an important resource for clients and our team. She closely and professionally monitors the Simon Paquin Team's clients.

Mélanie's role on the team is to support the wealth manager and to optimize processes and procedures as well as the administrative component of operations. She is also in charge of communications and event coordination for the team.

Alain Chevalier has over 45 years of experience in the banking industry. He has held different positions within companies involved in financial planning and advisory services.

Positioning himself as a coach, he works to ensure that all parties involved can collaborate to achieve a common goal.

Patricia Girard has a bachelor's degree in international politics from the University of Ottawa. She has also completed financial planning training in the management sciences department at UQAM as well as several courses offered as part of the master's program in taxation at Université de Sherbrooke. After serving as a regional financial planner and manager of retirement investment development for a financial institution, she now supports Desjardins Securities' high and very-high net worth clients, whose complex situations require extensive research, in a partnership with the firm's wealth managers.

Mathieu has a master's degree in taxation and has been working as a tax specialist since 2016 after many years as a financial planner at Desjardins. As a tax specialist, Mathieu has helped business owners with every aspect of their business journey, from the earliest stages to the end of their career, including the sale or transfer of their business.

Stéphane Thibault

Stéphane is a chartered professional accountant with a master's degree in tax law. Over the last 15 years, he's gained solid expertise in Canadian and Quebec taxation. He developed in-depth knowledge of tax rules for individuals and businesses, as well as investment, savings and retirement vehicles.
