A graduate in business administration from La Cité Collégiale, Mr. Lapalme has also completed the Canadian Securities Course as well as the planning course from the Canadian Securities Institute. He is a qualified investment advisor who helps people move toward fulfilling their financial goals.
With more than 17 years in the financial services field, he has always focused on excellence and the quality of his work in building his reputation. In-depth knowledge of his clients and sound judgment enable him to create portfolios that meet their investment goals in the short, medium and long term.
His experience as an investment advisor has given him a solid understanding of stock markets and has involved him in trading various types of securities, including bonds, stocks, mutual funds and exchange-traded funds. The holder of a bachelor's degree in business administration, majoring in finance, from the Université du Québec en Outaouais, Mr. Lemieux also took the following Canadian Securities Institute course between 1995 and 2003:
- Effective Management Seminar;
- Financial Planning Course;
- Branch Manager Qualifying Examination;
- Conduct and Practices Handbook Course;
- Canadian Securities Course;
- Options Supervisors Course;
- Investment Management Techniques.
He has been a graduate and member of the Institut québécois de planification financière since 2005.
Several days a year are devoted to continuing education so as to maintain and surpass the highest standards in investment, taxation, planning and compliance. Mr. Lemieux's expertise, discipline and concern for clients have enabled him to practise in the profession of investment advisor since May 1996.
In 1999, his leadership and management abilities led him to the prestigious position of Branch Manager at age 28.
With Desjardins Securities since 2008, he advised his clients during the 13 previous years at a private brokerage firm.
His clients are looking primarily for financial independence and taking steps to achieve it. These clients take their financial situations seriously, planning and executing the proposed strategies. They understand the role of an investment advisor and attach great value to it.

Ms. Piticco joined Desjardins Securities in 2011 as an investment assistant. She looks after the team's administrative section. Following many years with a major Canadian bank, she has extensive experience in the financial field. As a branch manager and financial services director, she acquired knowledge in various aspects of banking, including credit, investment, human resources, compliance and customer service.
In 2012, she took the Canadian Securities Course and the Conduct and Practices Handbook Course from the Canadian Securities Institute.
